Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid purchase order for approved bulk buyers. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. NeoWash is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
We deliver across serviceable areas. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. NeoWash is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We accept returns for products that are damaged on delivery or defective. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence sent to neowash21@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
NeoWash products are cleaning and hygiene chemicals. Always read the label and safety instructions before use. Keep out of reach of children. NeoWash is not liable for harm resulting from misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product directions.
